Situated about 4 miles from Diss in this pleasant village is a former Melting’s Building used in later years as a carpet warehouse. Work has now started but still in the very early stages of striping back the fabric of the building so we can determine what timbers can be saved.

The original structure extends some 45,000sqft and we have secured planning approval for 30 units being a mix of 1 & 2 bedroomed apartments, mews cottages and 2x detached 4 bedroomed new build houses.

The conversion work will be carried out with Phase 4 expertise and will be looking for further awards on this project.
