What was a dissused filling station just on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic village of  Aldeburgh, which is part of the heritage coast line of Great Britain.

We have at the moment a planning permission for the front half of the site to develop into four Live/ Work units. The rest of the site we are at the planning stage's for a further 6x2 bed apartments.
